Though my practice is new, my journey to this point began many years ago, much like many of you might understand from your own life experience I’m sure. When I was very young I was a voracious reader, and I was very interested in science and history. I read constantly, as much as I could and nearly anything I could find. I read larger and larger books until soon I was tackling the real science I was fascinated by, authors like Michael Talbot and Brian Greene dominate my memory of that time alongside a constant stream of national geographic history documentaries and large, hardcover ancient history texts I would find at thrift shops, and as I learned more about what cutting edge physicists were observing about our universe it became impossible for my young mind not to notice the parallels between modern quantum theory and ancient schools like the Hermeticists, Pythagoreans, Rishi and others all shared- that all is connected, and all is sound.
My journey from science to spirituality was a lifetime in the making, but what matters is that at a certain point along the way I realized something. I realized that I am in a position to help people with everything I have learned, and though I may not feel like I am a master or a guru or anything like that, I have an obligation to offer what I know to the people who need it. As someone I look up to very much recently put it, ‘what business do I have holding out on people what I could offer to help, when they need that help, just because I don’t feel like it’s good enough. who am I to judge that?’ Ultimately, it’s up to all of you to judge that, but I think together we can bring a little more harmony and clarity to our lives, and the world.
